Eocene Bryozoan?

Hum, ha, scratch the head, swing this way and that, O.K. This was found on the boundary between the Eocene and Cretaceous rocks. It resembles in many respects the bryozoan Fascicularia which is common in the Pliocene 'coralline crag' but could also be the Cretaceous sponge Cephalites.
